Article Processing Charge (APC)

ALIEF: Journal of Early Childhood Education operates on an open-access model to ensure that published research is freely available to readers worldwide. To sustain the editorial and publishing operations, a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied upon acceptance of a manuscript.

APC Structure:

• Authors from domestic institutions (Indonesia): IDR 500,000 per article
• Authors from international institutions: USD 50 per article

The APC covers editorial management, peer review coordination, copyediting, typesetting, digital archiving, and online hosting. The APC is only charged after a manuscript has been accepted for publication following peer review.

Waiver Policy:

Authors who face financial hardship may apply for a full or partial APC waiver. Waiver requests should be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the editorial board. The editorial decision will never be influenced by waiver requests or financial considerations.
