Article Processing Charge

Al-Mujtama: Journal of Islamic Law and Society is committed to supporting the widespread dissemination of knowledge while maintaining the quality of the editorial and publication processes.

1. Article Submission Fee

This journal does not charge authors a submission fee. All submitted manuscripts will be processed through the selection and peer review stages without any initial fees.

2. Publication Fee

If an article is accepted for publication, the author may be charged an Article Processing Charge of Rp ………….. (adjusted to journal policy).

• This fee is used to support:
• Editorial process and manuscript management
• OJS system management
• DOI registration via Crossref
• Layout editing and proofreading
• Journal website maintenance and development

3. Fee Waiver Policy

The journal may grant fee waivers or reductions to certain authors based on specific considerations, such as:

• Authors from institutions with limited funding
• Articles resulting from strategic international collaborations
• Academic considerations from the Editorial Board

The fee waiver policy is decided objectively and transparently by the Editor-in-Chief.
