Upon submission to BISYAROH: Journal of Sharia Business and Finance, authors retain the copyright to their work. However, upon acceptance and publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article in print and digital formats.
All articles published in BISYAROH are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license:
- Others are free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, even commercially.
- Proper attribution must be given to the original authors and publication source, including a link to the license.
- Authors may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
Authors are permitted to deposit their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, and preprint servers, provided that the original publication in BISYAROH is acknowledged with a full citation and a link to the journal's official website. The journal logo, name, and design elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of the publisher.
