RECHT ORDE: Journal of Law and Legislation is a fully open access journal. All articles published in the journal are freely available to readers worldwide immediately upon publication, without any subscription fees, registration requirements, or paywalls.

The journal subscribes to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and supports the principle that scientific knowledge should be freely accessible to the global academic community, practitioners, and the general public.
