Publication Ethics

RECHT ORDE is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. The journal adheres to the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follows the principles of the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) and other relevant international publication standards.

Duties of Authors

  • Authors must ensure that their submissions are original works that have not been published elsewhere and are not under consideration by any other journal.
  • Authors must accurately report research findings and avoid fabrication, falsification, or selective reporting of data.
  • All authors listed must have made significant contributions to the research and preparation of the manuscript.
  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may have influenced the research.
  • Authors must acknowledge all funding sources and institutional affiliations.

Duties of Reviewers

  • Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not disclose the contents of submitted manuscripts to third parties.
  • Reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest and recuse themselves if necessary.
  • Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations.
  • Reviewers must not use unpublished material from reviewed manuscripts in their own research without the author's explicit consent.

Duties of Editors

  • Editors must ensure fair and unbiased evaluation of all submitted manuscripts solely based on academic merit.
  • Editors must maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and the identity of reviewers.
  • Editors must take prompt and appropriate action when ethical misconduct is reported or suspected, including retraction, correction, or expression of concern.

Retraction and Correction Policy

The journal reserves the right to retract or correct published articles in cases of confirmed misconduct, significant errors, or ethical violations, following COPE guidelines.
