Publication Ethics

RAMADANIA is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in academic publishing. The journal adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and expects all parties involved — authors, reviewers, and editors — to uphold these principles.

Authors' Responsibilities:

  • Submitted manuscripts must represent the authors' own original work and must not be under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors must accurately represent their research findings and avoid fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data.
  • All sources and prior works must be properly cited. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • All authors listed must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work. Ghost authorship and honorary authorship are not permitted.
  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Reviewers' Responsibilities:

  • Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations.
  • Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves when necessary.

Editors' Responsibilities:

  • The editorial team is responsible for fair and unbiased evaluation of all submissions.
  • Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts until published.
  • Editors must take appropriate action in cases of suspected misconduct, including retraction when necessary.

Cases of ethical violations, including plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication, and authorship disputes, will be handled in accordance with COPE's recommended procedures.
